The latest origami lampshade design, Moth, from Studio Snowpuppe
Hailing from Holland’s capital creative duo comprising of architect, Nellianna and her partner, industrial designer, Kenneth are Studio Snowpuppe. Together they create these gorgeous sculptural origami lampshades. Their latest creations, Moth (above) and Chestnut (below in grey, white, mint and lemon shades) are available in a mouth watering selection of confectionary hues. The delectable combination of marshmellow tones used in their Moth lamp is artfully teamed with similarly geometric ceramics from the colour palate from fellow Dutch artist, Lenneke Wispelwey, and wonderfully contrasted by the maroon ‘Laia’ bench from Alki in this stylish composition from Act Productions.

Nellianna describes the ethos behind Studio Snowpuppe’s creative process in an interview for Etsy, ”If you’re not afraid to do something wrong you will eventually learn what is right.
